Judy completed her documentary on Gilda's Club. It was a labor of love. It aired today on CMN at 5:30 and will re-air on Christmas Eve at 9:30 PM.

WINTER WONDERLAND
Check out this cute Christmas video from the Mydols which will air on CMN public access TV in 11 cities, including Royal Oak. Producer Joe Johnson did a great job editing. Judy's son Dylan was the cameraman. Wensdy made the cute little My-dolls, and she also made the adorable real-life children. Verick and Violet make their video debut.

YOGA POSE OF THE MONTH
The Mydols' lead singer April Boyle shows you the CAT POSE.
Begin on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
Lengthen your spine. Pull your belly in and up.
Breathe deeply through the nose.
Inhale and begin to arch your back reaching the tailbone and crown of the head toward the sky.
As you exhale begin to round your back as you tuck your tailbone under and bring your chin toward your chest.
Move through cat pose as you breath in and out slowly and smoothly. Inhale arch, exhale round. repeat 5-10 times.
This pose brings awareness and flexability to the entire length of the spine.

HOT ROD YOUR HOME
Judy and her foreign exchange student, Jee Yeon Kim (age 17 from South Korea), took a claymation class together at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Check out their work in this video for the Mydols' song "Hot Rod Your Home".
